Pizza Hut in Fayetteville

“Pizza Hut on Owen drive / Boone trail always go above and beyond for me just this time February the 2nd 2023 was a bad experience for me but I still enjoy Pizza Hut and I still will come back.

Parking: The new location parking is okay you have enough space to park now.“

“We experienced an issue with delivery yesterday for our families Halloween Party. Amber and the crew worked really hard to make it right! She had our order remade and she was able to get us our order hot and fresh. She then went over and beyond by giving me a courtesy call to let me know that my delivery would be there soon! I just wanted this team to know how grateful I was for their service. I am hoping that Amber is a manager, and if not she needs to be one! If she is, that girl deserves a raise!“

“If I don't have exact change or able to pay with my card I will never order from them again the drivers tip is already included in the overall total of the order I ended up have to let him keep my change because he said he didn't have change it wasnt much but I don't have extra money to just give away especially when he just got a 5 dollar tip that was already added on to my bill“

“I miss the turn it was kind of confusing I thought they would have their own turn off of the main street but you go in by the Dunkin entrance. But the guy working there was really nice and helpful. And the food was fresh. It's hard to find a good Pizza Hut now. But this one was good I'm happy.“

“We went to eat at the Pizza Hut on Ramsey today about 12:30pm. We were met by John. He was the server, cashier, and working the drive thru all at the same time. He handled it like a PRO! We didn't order the buffet but Supreme and Pepperoni pizza. You could tell he was overwhelmed but treated us with courtesy each time there was a request. Just wanted to say thank you John.“

“We went around 11pm 7/17. The young lady working at the window was very nice and the food came out perfectly, in a timely manner. We were driving all day and this was one of the only things open. I appreciate that it was a good experience at such a late hour.“

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The food was excellent, our orders arrived on time and customer service over the phone was wonderful. We ordered 2 weeks in a row for a school event, Mr. Ed and Debra were so accommodating and professional.“

“Our order got messed up, there was an issue with the delivery driver. The manager called and explained the order was being remade (Doordash driver stole it), they got a new driver to deliver it, and we got a refund (we tipped the driver). The manager was very kind and very informative. They handled the issue in a timely manner and the food was amazing!! I highly recommend their chicken Alfredo pasta bowl, it's my favorite (though I do miss the bread bowls lol)“

“The personal pan pizza is absolutely delicious! The crust is light, crunchy with just the right amount of fresh cheeses and delectable sauces. Remarkable customer service! The crew are accommodating, kind, engaging, respectful and willing to please.“
