I love the ramen from here. I also love the cucumber salad. Big portions for the ramen and it is delicious. The staff is so kind. I would recommend.

Food was delicious! Portions are really big, so we have a whole second meal. Service was also super friendly and quick!

Sumo Ramen Co: Dumpling Boba & Asian Fusion is a restaurant that offers great food and professional service. The kitchen and staff do a wonderful job. The food is hot, fresh and delicious with generous portions. The steamed pork buns are light and fluffy and full of flavor. The sumo chilli ramen and Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen come out piping hot with excellent ingredients and great, flavorful broth. The soup dumplings are delicious with a gusher effect. The wings are ON POINT. General tso's, sesame chicken, and fried pork belly are all so good. The cucumber salad is so fresh and spicy. The food is very very authentic and worthwhile to try for those interested in authentic Chinese food. The restaurant is large and roomy with a lot of seating options, some tables and a lot of booths, plus bar seating. The staff is kind and the service has been wonderful. The atmosphere and overall experience are enjoyable. The price point is not bad. It is a good place to go on a date, in a group, or with the family. One thing to note is that management automatically adds a mandatory tip to the final check without any warning, so check the receipt before adding anything extra. The background music could be changed to light music instead of rock music to better match the food course and build up a delightful atmosphere.
