The recorded greeting at the drive thru is very annoying. It welcomes you and then asks if you're going to use the app. When you respond, nothing. Then you realize you're talking to no one.

See pictures attached. Like the drop window. No ketchup dispenser creates less mess. Bathrooms could use a little tidy up, but it’s Friday at 5pm, so I am sure they will get to that when less busy.

I get coffee everyday between 11am-1:30pm and my coffee is always fresh…if they have non fresh they always pull me up to prepare a new pot. My 7 cream 5 sugar is always perfect! Thank you!
