order is never correct, can't call because they don't pick up the phone and the mailbox is full. for once it would be nice to actually get what you pay for. i guess this is how Wendy's makes their profit, selling items then not producing it to the customer. keep up the great work.
Went to Wendy’s in forest city, order my food in store for take out got it, they made the food wrong then no one was in drive thru so went through tell them the food was wrong. Pull up waiting on manager to bring food out went in because burger didn’t have everything it was suppose to. Stood there listening to the MANAGER and drive thru woman talk about me 😂 be aware of your surroundings before bashing your customers.

My daughter went there about 9:45 pm after a long day of working today. She sat in line in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes without a lot of people in front of her. When she got to the window, the lady there was on her phone and my daughter had to speak to get her attention to get the lady to take her card because the lady was on her personal cell phone and would not wait on my daughter.
