While I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience and appreciate your reward points program, I encountered an issue with the receipt provided upon redemption of my points. I did not receive a proper receipt reflecting the code for redemption, which is necessary for your Popeyes App rewards system.
Could you please clarify to all customers your process for obtaining a correct receipt to earn Popeyes reward points.

“This spot is getting better, I did have to wait for my food longer than expected but overall the order came out correct the first time. I ordered in the app but it still came out longer than expected. There seemed to be too many people in the kitchen more talking than sending out orders. My biscuit was a hockey puck.“
“Been coming to Popeyes at South Post since 2019. I highly suggest if you like fresh chicken meals to feed your family come here anytime you’re in Fayetteville and if you have base access. Well worth it!!!!! Highly recommend. Anytime Mrs. Marciano is in the kitchen you will not be disappointed. I truly Believe that she should be a regional manager for all the Popeyes in the area.
