What a dive! Never judge a book by its cover! My adventurous husband loves to try these hole-in-wall places and this time it paid off!! The ginger dressing for my very fresh house salad was amongst some of the best I've ever had. This was also, hands down, some of the best sushi that I have found anywhere around here.The spaces were clean and the service came with a smile. We'd definitely come back to try more if looking for a meal in this area.
The food is always made fresh to order and is always excellent. The service is friendly and efficient. However do not expect great ambiance. They do a great carry-out business and they do have basic table service. It is a great place to get a good meal at a reasonable price, and the restaurant is clean and neat. However don't expect great atmosphere.

Me and my fiancé have absolutely fallen in love with Kobe Express!! First time we went we tried three different sushi rolls and some other things (obviously had to take some home) absolute perfection and the atmosphere is very pleasant especially when you have social anxiety I felt like I was at my dining room table here. (Sundays however are a bit crowded due to after church rush) but 100% our go-to date night spot now
