Our sandwiches were assembled perfectly, and our order arrived hot and fresh, it tasted as delicious as it looked!
As far as fast food goes, other Mc.Donald's establishments should take a few notes!

“I visit the Franklin McDonald’s in the Franklin Plaza often, maybe a little too often. Anthony in the first window always has a smile on his face and is super courteous. He truly seems to enjoy his job and his customers. Ericka that’s always at the second window always really nice as well and always thanks me and does a great job getting the food out and taking care of her customers. I just wanted to give a shout out to these two individuals. The food is always good but honestly the service I receive there is the reason I keep going there. Some days you just need your McDonalds fries, a Diet Coke and a dose of smiles and great service! Thank you Ericka and Anthony for always making my visits so pleasant.“
