“This was our first time since the new ownership. The place looks great. The food was fantastic. I had the veggie omelette and it was perfectly cooked. The staff was super friendly. The only suggestion would be to change up the orange juice, it was a little bitter. We will be back.”

“The Best Dawg In Town is the slogan for Pikeville Dawg House. Its a really small town. As such, the slogan shoots way below the actual quality of the hot dog. It could be one of the best hot dogs in the state based on my experience. The hot dog chili was very good. Very inexpensive. Outdoor picnic tables were convenient.”

“When we go to North Carolina we try to make it a point to stop here. The first time we stopped it was because we saw the billboard signs. We got to sit with the owners father and he told us the story of how Adams came to be-that was a treat! Very delicious food! I can't remember the name of the sandwich I tried this time, it had brisket and pulled pork, I asked them to add jalapenos and oh boy, it was tasty! I asked what the lady recommended as a side, she recommended the Mac and cheese, it is homemade. It was delectable! Did corn on all four. Good choice. Did 2 al pastor and 2 shredded beef. All topped with onion, cilantro, and cheese. I liked both flavors of meat, and both are a reorder. But the shredded beef is a clear standout. Juicy and flavorful. Wonderful. I would get all shredded beef next time I partake.Good tacos.Parking: At Tommy's Food Mart. “This restaurant next to my work place one of my favorite restaurants in Goldsboro. The food here is fresh really yummy, I love the steak and cheese subs taste delicious bake was absolutely incredible. Food was well done and cooked to perfection, no issues there, I had the best experience ever with a server at this Doughboy’s Pizzeria the service was fast and the owner he was super friendly, he truly looked after me and make sure I had everything I needed. I would returning here again and again. Highly recommended coming here if you get the chance.”

“Coopers is a good bar for those who are not looking for thebdance club scene. Drinks are cold, covered patio, (they have a fire pit) and on weekends they have a DJ. Sometimes they even have live performances by some great local bands.Coopers also participates in being a starting point or a stop location for many of the benefit rides in the area. So please, navigate the construction and stop in for a drink.Parking: Gravel parking. Just slow down and watch for parked bikes as you come in.”

“Service was good as always, but for the first time, the food wasn't up to par. The Salsa was like water and tasted more like vegetable soup, couldn't dip chips and get anything on them, just juice. The Beef Encinitas were no flavor at all, just like browned beef with no seasonings at all. Hopefully this was a one time deal, and not permanent, have always had good experience here and will be back, just hope it's better next time.”

Philly cheesesteak and others. Haven't had a chance to try it all yet. Parking is currently an issue (Fall 2022 due to construction) Smoking area out back also.Good take space. Pub tables (Tall ones) normal tables, and bar seating. Touch tunes juke box and claw machine.Lots of local support if provided for organizations through the year.Parking: Parking can be an issue. Especially on pool league nights. It is also due to the construction on 117.”

I grew up in the area and the pizza is exactly the same as when I got it from the mall at Luca Pizza. Mimmo has branched out from those days and has created a very good Italian family restaurant!
