I had a terrible customer service experience at Culver's in Fuquay-Varina. The cashier did not know how to make change and could not distinguish a quarter to a nickel. Three times she tried to force the wrong change on me. She refused to get me pint containers of custard. She kept telling me to get them myself out of the standing freezer.
