I wanted to give this a good review because honestly I love the food-BUT when we came in to order, the lady who took our order was less than friendly. She also was literally EATING a COOKIE while she was taking our order and we could NOT hear her. It was less than appetizing and in my opinion very unprofessional. This was one of my favorite places to eat until today. One of my fellow coworkers called to place a delivery order which we do 3 to 4 days a week for multiple people and the manager told us they would no longer deliver. I don’t have the ability to leave for lunch so this was our go to! Said we were outside of their delivery range of 5 min. I just found out that the sandwiches aren't made fresh to order. I've liked the sandwiches I've had since you opened, but I've never been in the store while they were made, so I assumed that, like every other sandwich shop, that they're made to order. With so much competition out there, I'm honestly shocked. And then, because they're all premade, any substitutions are a whopping THREE dollars, witch is over 20% of the cost of the sub.
