I have eaten here at Carolina Fish fry before and admittedly the food is quite tasty. I was able to experience their food at one of their food trucks in the city of Fuquay Varina some weeks ago however, I went directly to the store in Garner this time only to find out that they fry their fish in the same oil as their shrimp and when I let them know that I had a shrimp allergy, they told me that there was no way I could eat there.
