I visited CFA in Garner this week. I was truly amazed by the customer service. Ka-shi took my order and was very pleasant. On the way to the pick up window, I remembered that I forgot to replace the fries with the Mac and asked Asia ( I believe this was her name) if she could replace it. I’m so sick of this slow store. Literally everytime I go it’s something. Today I spent $50 no sauces, no nuts for my salad, no crackers for my soup and I was late back from lunch.
The chicken sandwich was so greasy you could squeeze oil out of it. While it was replaced the second one was the same making it inedible. The floor behind the counter was wet and tracked the water throughout the dine in area as well as lots of flies. Trash was overflowing. This is not the first issue of cleanliness. This location has gone downhill and I won't return.
