great people and great food

I'd like to give this place a 5 star rating on food. There needs to be a 4.5 option. Typically its great. The only gig on the food is the rice. Sometimes its under cooked. Maybe once out of 4 times we visit. Otherwise, its a great place and I'd eat there way more often.
Ordered veggie plate and kid's meal. Kid's meal was way too small. I understand it's only $7, but 1/2 cup of rice and maybe 2 chicken nuggets chopped up? Not worth it. Veggie played was ok. Nothing special. Yummy Japan is better option.
