The food is 50/50 - it is either just terrible or really good. Just got mac & cheese that tasted spoiled, the biscuits are often undercooked and doughy, and the mashed potatoes were hard/old. The pancake tacos were good - a little dry and syrup was forgotten - but okay.
The service was great, the food was great!!! I've never had a bad experience at any Cracker Barrel from North Carolina to New Jersey. Good old comfort country food. Reasonable prices, and great selection of goods in the store.
