“Food was good, but a bit odd. The Aversboro burger is not at all what we were expecting, it's a patty slapped on a piece of toast with some fries thrown on top, smothered in white cheese. It was okay, some people might like it more than we did. Shrimp poboy was also not traditional, shrimp was tossed in some sort of boom boom sauce that was actually very tasty. Only wish the bread they put it on was big enough to hold all the shrimp. Fries were cooked well, decently crispy, light on the salt but that's easy enough to add.“
“Elly was our server for a large group. She kept our drinks full and our order came out perfectly which is hard for a large group at most places. I know the cooks and other support staff did a great job too. We always get good food and service here. Helps to have about 50 TVs in the place too for sports!“
“I had THE BEST takeout dinner last night for the first time in a very long time!! I had been craving beef tips and rice so I decided to give it a try. And I was NOT disappointed. Thank you to the chef and staff for making my dinner so delicious!! I will be coming back for more. ❤️“
“Company gathering for the Holidays was fun with Pub Trolley! They supply the coolers and you purchase your drinks there and we brought our own snacks. Evan drove our trolley and took good care of us ???… 2 hours of fun but we could have gone longer!“
“I went here to watch the game and have some food with friends tonight, it was a great time. Melody, our waitress, was attentive and on top of things even though it was packed and she was clearly really busy. We've been a few times and she's definitely our favorite - ask for her when you come!“

“The first watering hole I walked into was when I moved to Raleigh in January of 2009. It's still my favorite melting pot of Raleigh. The bar is beautiful, and the staff and owners are amazing in their own right. Come grab a pint and join the fun/conversation at the bar! Outdoor space is really nice as well.“
“Adrian waited on our table and provided excellent service. The kitchen (Roy) created exceptional dishes that pleased our table. I had a tasty Philly cheesesteak and my friends had the Bleu Burger, and we were all happy with our choices. The cheesecake was tasty too!“
“My husband is from Scotland & we came here after we married at the courthouse. It looks as if it was picked up from Ireland & dropped here, save the high ceilings.....lol....Atmosphere is the best part.Parking: You can park in the back & scan the QR code, put in your credit card etc......“
“A1 bar. No cocktail menu but I asked for a recommended drink and got one of the best margaritas in my freaking life. And the FOOD! Oh my god. “This was our first time at this restaurant. We walked from PNC arena to get dinner here before a concert. I still don't know who technically was our server because so many of them stopped by to make sure we were doing okay and get what we needed. My biggest issue was the booth we were seated at, had a row of counter seating right beside it that you felt like they were on top of you. That was a little bit awkward. Other than that, the food was good and the service was great!“
“The food here is quite tasty, but not gourmet. Fourth or fifth visit. Mom had a salad with chicken and the chicken portion was generous and filling. I had the Irish Dip and fries with ranch. Ranch tastes housemade and was excellent. Got a Rueben with pub chips to go for my husband. I don't have his feedback yet but I'm sure he will like it.There is a 5 oz steak on the lunch menu I believe I have to try next time!Atmosphere is dim and cozy. Server was attentive, food came out quickly. We will visit again.“
“Stopped in for supper while waiting on our daughter flight to land. The food was delicious and a large portions. We had the boneless bites (sweet bbq & Garlic Parmesan) with onion rings and side salad as our sides. Chloe was our server and she was fantastic. Very casual place to grab some food and a drink.“
