Does it make any sense at all to have 4 employees including the manager to be unloading a food service truck while there are cars wrapped all the way around the building waiting for drive thru and the inside of the restaurant is full as well. And the manger yelling across the parking lot multiple times at those helping to hurry . If this is policy I would suggest you change it .“

“Went to your location in Gaston on 46. Probably the cleanest subway I've seen, the staff were absolutely perfect quick and super friendly and the sandwich was insanely good...it's been more than two decades since I've been to a subway this good. Everyone there deserves a huge raise, this is how subway is done right ?“

“Service here is spectacular. For me, I don't find any side i like. The waffle fries are not good. Always seem a little undercooked. The salad was so so, and I don't like mac and cheese. Chicken is usually very good. I found it today that it was not cooked enough. Bill was 45 dollars and change for 3 people, which seems high to me for fast food.“

“Stopped off 95 and wanted to try something different. We went to the drive thru and the woman on the speaker was amazing and patient with us as first time customers. Pulled up to the window and the man working was equally helpful. We ordered 4 meals and 3 shakes and everything was correct, fast, delicious, and a great value!! (forgot napkins but I had plenty in my car). We’ll be sure to stop again when we make the trip from MD to SC.“

Everything was good, staff was nice, blueberry are top tier. This place is like a McDonald’s that specializes in breakfast items, and there’s a reason McDonald’s has been so successful!?“

“Clean location, it looks newer. I love that they still have Christmas decorations up. Bojangles chicken tenders and fries are some of my favorite fast food items. I get the same thing every time. The mac n cheese is a hit or miss sometimes it’s a bit of the dry side other times it’s just right. I don’t like their bone in chicken. The customer service is great and the food comes out fast. My husband’s bo bites were a bit cold this time though but still good. I do wish they had a drink machine inside the restaurant so that you aren’t forced to go up to the counter each time when you’re dining in.“

“We have 2 in this town, I prefer this one any day over the 2nd one. Employees are always professional and it doesn't have that 2nd drive through. The 2nd drive through at the other one was a mistake. Folks can come in and get their order taken before you even if you were there first.“

The young lady who made our sandwich was great, when I asked for gluten free bread she asked about allergy or preference, she did an excellent job of cleaning the machine, wiping down the area, and changing gloves.
