Sunday 10:10am.. Does it make any sense at all to have 4 employees including the manager to be unloading a food service truck while there are cars wrapped all the way around the building waiting for drive thru and the inside of the restaurant is full as well. And the manger yelling across the parking lot multiple times at those helping to hurry . If this is policy I would suggest you change it .
I love Hardee's in Gaston, it is close to where I live, great prices and awesome food!!!!!!!!!!
They are always out of something. Not very accommodating with substitute items for their shortages. Every time I'm in there it's always young teens behind the counter Managers never seen. Food is good but not usually super fresh.

This Hardee’s location is the last in the US with fried chicken, offering the best fast food fried chicken. The service is extraordinarily quick and excellent, with fresh, hot biscuits. The large family chicken, biscuits and sides takeout is absolutely delicious. The favorite biscuit is so good. However, the afternoon crew is rude and argumentative, with constant bickering. Prices are high, especially the chicken. The air conditioning doesn't work too well, and the service is extremely slow cooking on some items. A recommendation is having honey and preserves available for the biscuits.
