The worst customer service I have ever received is at this location.
Today I was overcharged for the wrong drink. Chyna's gave me my refund but her attitude is horrible. When I asked for a receipt she just shoved it in my hand. I laughed and told her I was going to write a full Karen review.
I would rather drive clear across town than around corner from my house.
Scott. He is awesome!!! Best employee I’ve ever seen in here. I’ve been coming here for years and I know I can be complicated. Most of the time I would get a mean face, or the wrong order on my coffee. But he made sure I got what I wanted with a big smile on his face!! Great costumer service! I’d definitely come more often now. 😁
