So was in dynasty Buffett today with my son and daughter in law and our service was good, until I went to the counter to pay for our meals.
I go up to the counter to pay and the next thing I know, the guy that waited on us( his name is Reno), literally takes my card from my hand when I was handing it to the lady behind the counter( I wasn't handing it to him). He just takes it from my hand and that really upset me.. You should never grab a customers card out of their hand...read full review
