First watch is me and my wife's go to spot for breakfast, good is delicious, service is great and atmosphere is very family orientated and chill.
Love the French toast and Purple Haze drink!!!!!
Ok in all honesty we love this place. Our new go to breakfast/brunch spot when family visits. And nnow they have fall flavored menu.

First Watch is a restaurant in Gastonia that offers a relaxing atmosphere and friendly, efficient staff. The food is delicious, beautifully plated, and prepared as ordered, with great portions and healthy options as well as those not quite so healthy. Service is excellent, though sometimes slow. The smoked Salmon Benedict had a very fishy taste and smell. Coffee cups and a butter knife were dirty but replaced immediately. The restaurant is good for brunch or lunch and is highly recommended, though espresso coffee is not available.
