“So was in dynasty Buffett today with my son and daughter in law and our service was good, until I went to the counter to pay for our meals. I go up to the counter to pay and the next thing I know, the guy that waited on us( his name is Reno), literally takes my card from my hand when I was handing it to the lady behind the counter( I wasn't handing it to him). He just takes it from my hand and that really upset me.. You should never grab a customers card out of their hand like that without having permission to do so.and he did 😡. So to say I'm upset is an understatement!!!!!!!. I go back into dynasty to ask if the manager was there and they wasn't, and I started to leave my number for them to call me when they were there, but I thought better about it. Because while I didn't appreciate the waiter taking my card from my hand without permission, I decided I'd come back another day and ask for the manager in person. That way I can talk face to face...that day will be very soon and ill keep going back each day until I get to speak to the manager. Everything else about the restaurant was fine and the food was good with a big selection to choose from. I have no complaints about the place in general, but the management should hire a better staff of people that don't just take a customers card out of their hand without permission.. Especially when the customer wasn't handing it to the waiter in the first place. I was handing it to the lady behind the counter. I'm not sure why the waiter did what he did but it was rude and the waiter should be spoken to about his actions, otherwise he might do it again to someone else that won't be as nice as I was about it I will be talking to management.“

“The mall is dead Jade express is the only good thing about this mall. The customer service was amazing the older lady was very kind and I really appreciated both her and the Hispanic girl they were both very professional and nice. I love getting their ginger chicken and potatoes“

“We have been coming here since it was on 273. We understand they are building another location. The food is the freshest Japanese you will find anywhere and very flavorful. Sort of funny that you eat on foam plates with plastic ware, but that may change when they move into the new place. Excellent service. Solid experience! Most of us had the chicken teriyaki. One had the hibachi vegetables, and we enjoyed spring rolls for an appetizer. The spring roll sauce is spicy, which is a win for me.“
