Out of all the GastonCounty Zaxbys this one is by far the best, cleanliness, service, and food quality.
It’s refreshing going into a restaurant and it being and smelling clean. Guaranteed quality meal and the workers actually enjoy their job so no attitudes or snarky remarks.

Perfect wings
Food was good. Employees are more busy playing and talking together then they were helpful but they was friendly when I finally got them to see me at the register

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant that serves decent food with good portion sizes, although it can be a bit expensive. The funnel cake is a highlight, and the service is usually fast. However, consistency and friendliness from the staff can be an issue, with some customers experiencing varying prices and unfriendly reactions to requests for corrections. Despite this, the restaurant offers convenient dining options, but be prepared for extra charges for sauces, salt, and other extras. Overall, Zaxby's has its strengths and weaknesses, but the food is generally enjoyable.
