“We visited the little village in Gold Hill for a weekend trip and tried Fat Mack’s grill our first night in town. We loved it so much, we decided to eat there for dinner the other nights we were in town. The food is great and the service is awesome!“

“I visited the Salisbury location tonight and there was the nicest older gentleman working in there by himself. Food was good as always and his customer service was great. Kept a positive attitude despite being there BY HIMSELF. While I appreciate him for being there, I found it ridiculous that he was running a whole store by himself. This man needs a raise for what he’s probably delt with tonight. Cooking, cleaning, taking the orders everything by himself in a fast food restaurant. The man that was working tonight 11/9/24 needs recognition because it takes a lot to do all of that and still keep a positive attitude. That’s a hell of a worker right there.“

“Stopped by to get two strawberry milkshakes at a cost of ten dollars and it took 20 mins to get them and we were the only customer there. After taking a drink we had to throw them away they tasted so bad, like nestles quick strawberry drink mix,No ice cream at all, nothing fresh. We will never be back“

“I went threw the drive thru at 9:50 pm on 9-21-22 there was only 2 people working and I have to say the 2 people there need a raise my service was amazing and they were doing there best which I appreciate, fast food work is rough but the man who checked me out had a smile the entire time and kept up a great attitude.

12-13-24 Pam is the most wonderful lady, she's brought out several of my orders and is the sweetest lady.“

“Melody was great but manager made her cry because of system glitches and I said said to manager that I was not paying for one of the meals as we waited 40 minutes plus. The manager is making the waitress pay for that app and bullied melody.“
