This is a great hole in the wall. Very upscale, the service is great, and the food is probably the best in town for steaks. They even let you choose your own steak door them to cook for you. They have beautiful marble cut steak... and great pricing... I love it here..
Foods always good. Steaks are tasty. Salad bar is good as well. Ambiance is something out of the 80s with a Waffle House background. It's a beef master knockoff. But good overall.

We heard about Carl and Chelle's and decided to give them a try! It's your down home - Mom and Pop steakhouse. The decor definitely needs to be brightened up and updated. Everyone was super nice! The restaurant and rest rooms were clean. They began to fill up quickly, so although not required I would make a reservation. I was quite shocked that they still had a public salad bar!
