“I always eat here…I love zaxbys. However, today I found this hair in my food…. It is absolutely disgusting. The manager was very understanding and gave my money back she did any and everything she could as a manager! I was also disappointed how most sauces aren’t there anymore they have new sauces now… maybe it’s something with the shortage? I try to be understanding….“

“Awesome service! Ladies there are wonderful! The blizzard menu is super tasty! Only downside is the atmosphere. nice inside, but mostly empty, probably because of the drive thru. And the entire place smells like the bleach they clean it with I personally don't have a problem with it because it means they keep this place Real clean! But overall 5 stars! (9.00$ per person for what we got)“

“I had a great experience at Pizza Heart in Goldsboro, thanks to Alicia Rivers! She's a young cashier with a very positive attitude and a welcoming smile. She was polite, professional, and made the ordering process quick and easy. It’s always refreshing to see someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers with kindness. “Very disappointing in the presentation of the sandwich. It was quite obvious that the chicken was prepared in advance and the amount of pimento cheese was less than teaspoon. The word pimento cheese should not be used to describe this sandwich. Water quality control needs to be applied.“

“First time we ate at a Hardee's and we both thought this is better than burger king or Wendy's.... And I am partial to peach shakes .. but yeah instant fans and the gentleman that took out order was very pleasant and funny and made our experience exponentially better ...I forget his name and I apologize for that but thank you anyways!!!“

“I asked them to check the Dr. Pepper because I bought it for someone else. To me it didn't taste right. They said it was fine, and got me a dr pepper from the kitchen, apparently they ran off 2 different lines of syrup. In either case, I should of spoke up because the soda was mostly seltzer water when I got to my friend. They were very nice about it, but it wasn't disbursed correctly.“

“The food is absolutely amazing here. The staff wasn't too friendly. How ever, I was properly greeted at the counter and the young lady that took my order was very kind.

Parking: The parking lot is very tight and it can be pretty difficult to get in and out. There is several other businesses in the same parking lot.“

It was my first time at a Cookout because we don't have them where I live. The guy working the register was SO PATIENT and friendly--to everyone. I did order the Cheerwine float but he gave me just a giant Cheerwine by mistake but it was not for lacking in customer service. He was very helpful to everyone before and after me and had a great attitude.

I LOVED the food and will definitely lookout for this chain in my travels.“

“Walked in and was greeted by a tall blonde guy who was super friendly. He took my order and I got my food in less than 5 minutes. I got the chipotle turkey and a black angus sandwich. Best fast food sub I have ever had, Quiznos is definetely on the “better” side of the sub industry.“

“I just wanna say I usually go to the one in rosewood but lately they've been slacking so me and my fiance decided to come back to the one in town and let me just say they did NOT disappoint!! He doesn't usually comment on his food but he said "these are by far the freshest nacho fries I've had in so long" and I agreed. Also my fiesta potatoes were SO soft which is how I like them plus the right amount of sour cream to cheese. Also everyone was so nice! Only thing that could be better is the sweet tea but I'm just picky lol!! Thank you Taco Bell. Keep it up:)“
