I was in town and decided to place an order online to pickup. The girl at the cash register didn't acknowledge me at all when I walked in, and I tried speaking to her when I got to the counter and still got nothing. My order was already in the pickup area when I arrived, so all she had to do was give me my order and she even did that with an attitude. It wasn't busy at all (which is a good thing on a Friday evening) but that girl at the cash register needs to learn customer service...read full review
The place is dirty. The soda machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Trash all over the counter. Also when I attempted to let them know. I get the I dont care attitude. Sad. When I love wingstops food. So sad
