The most disappointing Subway experience I've ever had was at location #19109-0 in Pamlico County. I ordered extra meat, but when I picked up my order, I was given insufficient meat for the two foot-longs I ordered, despite paying for extra. The male employee explained that the owner has chosen to reduce the roast beef portion and not honor the extra meat I paid for online.
