This is the BEST birria I have ever had. My sister and I decided to try this food truck after recently having a different birria taco from a different food truck. The tacos from Birrieria La Paz were hands down the most amazing tacos ever!
Life changing! The tacos were sensational along with the horchata and pineapple juices. My entire family gobbled the food down and talked about it the rest of the night. Hole in the wall food truck but an absolute joy and well worth the visit.
Unfortunately I didn’t get a photo of the meal because I didn’t think about it until after I finished it. Omg these were so delicious. The tacos looked just as delicious, as they tasted. I will definitely be back. I had 4 tacos and 1 with cheese.
