Terrible attitudes (staff)
Food was prepared with a handful of employees only wearing one glove. We informed the manager but he told us he saw, only really asked one employee to wear two gloves, then sort of hushed us out the door. Said to have a great night, but I cannot recommend it here. The register was down and only two kiosks were available to order, but they didn't seem to be working as they locked the doors once it was brought to their attention.
Food is GREAT!!! I never have an issue with that but customer service needs to improve. Walked in with my mother yesterday & a young lady was at the counter but didn’t greet us or anything she just stood there & continued doing what she was doing as if she had an attitude. Young guy comes to take our order he was ok but his customer service should be improved as well. THEN the (manager I assume) white lady comes to fix our food… DIDN’T WASH HER HANDS & NO GLOVES...read full review
