Boza Creamery Unique Ice Cream & Gelato

After seeing this place on tik tok, decided to give it a try after dinner but sadly was too disappointed with the customer service to even make a purchase. Young lady working there with the hijab made our first experience a bad one. No greeting upon entering and coming up to the counter and Acted like she couldn’t answer any questions regarding the menu and seemed disinterested in being there at all. Not a vibe you’d expect from an ice cream shop. Probably won’t return.

Young lady had a very nasty attitude ewww like if you hate your job quit.

I got the cookie 2 step and it was delicious! My kids got blue monster and a milkshake and it was great! Will def be back.

Correction, my original post included the tip we left in my note about price but I neglected to mention the tip. Tip was high because the employee was so helpful with my allergy concerns. I should not have included the tip in the initial amount I stated we spent. I adjusted for that below the next day.

First timer. Clean. Bright. Nice music. Greeted by two employees when we arrived at 9:30 PM.

Lots going on menu wise. Would have benefitted by looking at it online before arriving or had the employees given us an overview of it.

We ordered a milkshake, a single scoop on a cone, and a single scoop in a cup with each single scoop costing 8.00. With tip, 36.00.

Things are expensive right now, I get it. Still, three pint containers of ice cream named after two dudes at the grocery would be around the same cost before tip.

Ice cream is very creamy and flavorful. As it melted it turned into cream. You don't get that at the place with a stone. Loved the Chai Latte scoop!

They offer no allergy document for patrons, only allergies noted on individual flavor signs. That could be enough if the signs were accurate. If you follow me here, you already know that I have a wheat allergy.

The photos I provide are of two flavors with cookies. I highly suspect both have wheat however the signs do not state so.

After I told the employee that I was nervous ordering and explained my concern about the signs, he offered to pull the box up to show me the allergy listed there. Very nice of him to do so. I was making a safe choice, but still a great move on his part, I appreciate that!

If I am correct about the cookie signs, this is a serious health crisis in the making. If they do right by the signs, I would consider a return.

It was above the market on cost. I honestly considered not finishing the cone I disliked the amaretto cherry flavor so much (should have asked for a sample). The waffle cone came out of a box. I'd call it a sugar cone, not a waffle cone.

I guess I'm an outlier, but this is a hard pass.
