It was phenomenal. My first time here I order some gelato and the owner had the courtesy to give me a tester coffee made by staff. I am now a Boza-Believer.

Customer service is great. Selection is amazing. Gelato is tasty. Prices are a bit steep. I do see BOZA mention in the review comments that they use high quality ingredients. Just FYI to customers buying the $20 Dubai strawberry cup, they use melted Tollhouse chocolate chips. This is why the chocolate gets so hard if it sits. That is certainly not a high quality ingredient by any restaurant standards.
My suggestion and feedback, use high-quality couverture chocolate for pour-overs, as its higher cocoa butter content melts smoothly and evenly. Other popular brands include Valrhona, Callebaut, and Ghirardelli.
I would say if you have the extra cash give them a try anyway. Desserts are unique to the area. My review is my opinion (with a little fact- tollhouse) and you should definitely review for yourself.
