Customer service is great. Selection is amazing. Gelato is tasty. Prices are a bit steep. I do see BOZA mention in the review comments that they use high quality ingredients. Just FYI to customers buying the $20 Dubai strawberry cup, they use melted Tollhouse chocolate chips. This is why the chocolate gets so hard if it sits. That is certainly not a high quality ingredient by any restaurant standards.
My suggestion and feedback, use high-quality couverture chocolate...

BOZA is this super cute and quaint ice cream shop that has cleanliness, inviting decor, friendly staff, and a DYNAMIC and interesting menu! Not my original stop for dessert, but I am so glad I took a chance on this new place. The menu is filled with options and flavors that span over a variety of choices from coffees, gelato, dessert “nachos”, and ice cream flights. I admit I had 6 different tasting spoons before deciding on my ice cream choice. The prices were reasonable...
