If I could give chick fil a pyramid village zero stars after tonight's experience I would. I placed a mobile order and had someone pick my order up they forgot to give the person my food only gave them my drink and bag of ice.I returned to the store to pickup my order the girl tried to give me my order that had been sitting there an hour, I asked for a new order the guy took my order from her and went around the corner and put the food in a new bag and gave it back to me. 1800 on a Wednesday. Out of wraps, ice cream and lemonade. Last time I tried here they were out of wraps too. Really not happy to sit in line that long and be told you are out of half of what I ordered. Love the company, business model etc. but this store, not so much.
