It really sucks because the ice cream is so good but the people are horrible and act like they hate their life. Get a job you enjoy. Plus they scoop ice cream make the creation and half the good stuff is left on the table they make it. To the management, i get its hard to find good help but do better.

Issue: cleanliness of the floor and tables
2nd most important I don’t want to blame your staff only, the napkins size and quality available only at the cash counter, is too cheap . If you are selling premium ice cream we dont consider you to be so cheap. Please work on your side on cleanliness and quality of napkins if you want our dollars ;)

This is our go place for an ice cream treat but the last handful of times we’ve gone the tables and floor are sticky and dirty. Today, we visited the bathroom to wash our hands and I gasped at the condition of that room. The toilet was beyond what I’d like to describe here. My daughter and I were gagging just having to be near it at the sink. Not sure if this was a heavy weekend with low staff but I can’t even imagine working there and having to use that bathroom....read full review
