Da Reggae Cafe Reviews
Hardly any season.Carribbean food is usally well seasoned.
I’ve been here many times and there isn’t anything on the menu I don’t like. The cooks/owners are wonderful people as is most Jamaicans. The waitress are very nice! I can’t say enough how good the food is and how clean everything is. Table cloths, water glasses, forks/knives all clean even the menus are clean and I am big on how clean my silverware is as i have my own that I travel with but I never need them here! A+ for me!
I ordered the fish escovich plate with rice and peas, plantain, and callalou everything was flavorful but not too spicy I loved it, reminds me of my trip to Jamaica. Fish was fried a little hard but im not mad at it. Big portions and not a long wait, order ahead for takeout most food is made to order

Da Reggae Cafe is a popular Jamaican restaurant known for its authentic and flavorful cuisine. The service is generally good, but the food quality can be hit-or-miss. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including oxtails, rice and peas, cabbage, and fried plantains. The restaurant's atmosphere is vibrant, with a parking lot that can be challenging to navigate due to the high demand. The wait times for takeout orders are reasonable, and the food remains hot during the drive home. The jerk goat is a standout dish, receiving high praise from customers. However, the oxtails have been found to be small in portion size and lacking in quality. Overall, Da Reggae Cafe is a reliable option for those seeking a taste of Jamaican cuisine, though the value for money may be a point of contention for some customers.
