“My daughter pre-ordered at the Kernersville location. She went to pick up her order and was told they've sold out. The money and her points were taken from her account. I called the Bridford location in error. I got Anthony, the manager on the phone. He was very polite and understanding and offered to make my daughter's order. This is amazing customer service! We won't be going back to the Kernersville location. They need a class in customer service. Niceness and making it right speaks volume.

“Visited with my son after taking him to urgent care. Staff was friendly, all items were in stock (we got one of every weekly item) and everything was good. Lost one star because the screens for ordering were so filthy. There should be a schedule for sanitizing them at least every hour.“

“Really good crepes! I was hoping it wasn't as good as it was because now I have to keep bringing my family! The only feedback I can give is to serve the crepes as they come out vs waiting for all to be done to serve at the same time. Great treats for a great price will definitely be back!“

“1st time ever had insomnia cookies I was delivering uber eats. So I got an order myself and they the best cookies I’ve ever tasted. 1st place I stop when I get to Greensboro from Charlotte is here like I did tonight. That chocolate mint & snickers doodle are to die for“

“Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of Alana. I came here the other day and one of the gentleman working was rude with a smart mouth. I ordered via the app and went inside to pick up the cookies. Was told they were out and I simply asked why did it let me order on the app. Instead of being nice, he just kept saying smart stuff so I asked for a refund bc he told me it would be a hour until they made more. In order to get a refund he had to call the store manager so I stepped off to the side while he called. Came back and said the manager would call me when it’s done so I asked should I wait then. In a snarky tone He was like if you want but it will be 30 minutes bc he is running a business. With that and all the other smart stuff he was saying, I went off bc you’re not about to keep speaking to me any type of way when I’ve been nothing but nice. He finally went to the back and got someone with sense to come speak to me. Alana was very apologetic and got me right. The gentleman should have been apologizing as well. He needs more training on customer service and I can only imagine how many other people he’s smart with. That was my first time coming to this location as I just moved to the area and I won’t be back.“
