Average 2.0. The customer service was TERRIBLE. As I walked in two talkative employees were clearly leaving for the day. They seemed in a good mood. Great! One yelled to the crew that a customer was in the lobby. ME! I stood behind the count patiently, because I don't make a scene unless there is a reason to. I also believe in customer SERVice. Not sure if it's drive through is next to a major road and they can't hear the order correctly but the coffee tasted awful.
Came to this location excited to get an iced coffee and was completely turned off by the service. Afternoon crew is not with it when it comes to customer service. Won't be back to this location any time soon.
