Absolute joke! First, stay away! The owner is a hot head mess! We were lied to, the food was some of the worst I've ever had! The owner wanted me to come to the kitchen to discuss my desired refund. The waitress was actually vaping in the dining area. 90% of what were ordered was garbage!!!. There were flies buzzing around the bathroom. The septic field was overflowing and stunk up the entire parking lot. When I mentioned to the owner how bad it was on the way out, he charged at me along with his little punk server. I will be filing a formal complaint on this joker. This picture is supposedly chicken picata (exactly how it came) that costs $32!!!! This place and owner is a Joke!

We arrived shortly after they opened. As far as the food goes the bread and oil was great, the salad was moderate with chunks of cheese. The entrees had good flavor however slightly soupy and needed some kind of accompaniment.Atmosphere: woah, let’s just say attention to detail was not there. Seemed like they painted recently and was done poorly with paint splatters on the seats. Lighting was sporadic with a constant flickering from dim to bright. Holes in the table clothe. They had a post it note for the restrooms, and only one faucet handle in the bathroom.Our server was accommodating and nice, however was slightly stressed. Maybe this place was great in its prime but it needs a little tlc at this point.This is the first review I’ve made where I can honestly say I probably won’t be back.Kid-friendliness: They had kids everywhere however it seemed like the kinda of dining experience that would be better without children around.
This has to be the worst Italian restaurant in NC. The food was cold, bland, & tasteless. The bread was cold & salad made with rotten produce. I'm surprised this place is still open. Do not waste your money.

Absolutely amazing the pasta was delicious when we fist arrived we were greeted right when we walk in and explained that there were some items not available from the menu like chicken and steak which was fine we just wanted to try it out and I asked if they had the tiramisu that’s another plus. The tiramisu was amazing it had drizzle chocolate added on top of you like your tiramisu simple just let them know to not add the chocolate drizzle. I had white wine the waitress recommended she was very nice and helpful with the questions I had and the bread let me tell you was good but that garlic olive oil dip was delicious one of my favorite dips for the bread that I have ever tried. Definitely would go back and eat there again.Dietary restrictions: There’s many options if you would like something healthyParking: The parking was easy and many parking spots available.Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoyed their meal and the atmosphere was vey nice and relaxing my girls enjoyed their time there.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is easy to go in through and wheelchair accessible

Service was terrible. They forgot drinks, took 40 minutes to come back to the table. The food was ok and the ambiance looked extremely sad. For a restaurant so close to the convent center it should be amazing across the board. You'd be packed all the time.

This was our first time eating here. The service was great and our waiter was very attentive. The food was delicious. And even though they are a a little higher priced the food and service was more than worth what we paid. Definitely will be returning.
Hostess had no organization for sitting guests other than by her recollection. She did not take names nor did she have a reservation list. This was disappointing since I made the reservation before the New Year. Most menu items were unavailable and several upcharges were mentioned. If I had known this information at the time of the reservation or if I had been notified, I certainly would have chosen not to come. I will lilkely not return and I surely will not return around a holiday.
The overhead light fixtures flickered our entire meal, they were repeating the same 8 songs on a playlist all night, the manager was snapping at and being rude to wait staff while out on the floor, and the food was just... fine?

I went to Giovanni’s for a girlfriend proposal, and my experience was nothing less than amazing! First of the table setting was so romantic and he gave us secluded seating. Mitchel was super helpful when helping me book the reservation. The food was amazing I order shrimp scampi and my girlfriend got chicken parm. The dessert was complimentary and at the end I gave him a hug because he made this experience truly one to remember. Thanks so much Mitchell!!! ❤️

While the food was fantastic, the atmosphere was less than desirable. For our entire meal, the music that was playing sounded like there may me a wedding going on next door or something. Very non relaxing music, that was actually irritating. Overall we had a good meal, but I would second guess myself before going back again.
