“I visited this Jimmy John’s today, it was one of the best and fastest sandwiches places i’ve ever been to. I am not from Greensboro, but I’d definitely recommend this jimmy johns! Ren had great customer service along with Tony who made my amazing sandwich. I got the original combo (pepe) and it was delicious! 5 stars!“
“I placed a large 60-piece catering order with the Downtown Jimmy John’s for a 5:15 p.m. delivery. When the order hadn’t arrived by 6:00 p.m., I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Charlotte. She immediately took ownership of the situation and explained that after 4:00 p.m., deliveries are fulfilled through DoorDash or UberEats. Although the system showed the order as delivered to the correct address, the food could not be located.
What truly stood out was Charlotte’s exceptional customer service. She promptly voided the order, offered a credit, and went above and beyond by providing 24 complimentary sandwiches with chips and drinks to ensure our event was taken care of.

“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! Hang in their this world no longer knows how to be decent.“
