I just got back from a Friday lunch buffet at Koshary with a friend. It was excellent and included some of the best chicken breast I have ever eaten. The hummus is delicious, especially enjoyed by dipping artichoke hearts into it with pita bread. The mixed, grilled or roasted veggies (zucchini squash, onions, red bell pepper, etc) was seasoned spectacularly. I have only ever been here for their lunch buffet, but this is an awesome little find in downtown Greensboro. The buffet offers the basic Mediterranean food you would expect: hummus, baba ganoush, salad, rice pudding, beef and chicken shawarma, and a few other items. Reasonably priced and the service is great. They also offer a full menu. The building is awesome inside too. Check it out.
