Kayla and Carlton are very professional and have great customer service skills. The environment is very professional. Very clean. The food was delicious! It was a very enjoyable meal.
The food was good but we waited over 10 mins for the food and then they forgot the fries so a total of 15-20 mins to get 2 sandwiches and 1 fry. We were the only ones in there at the time and one worker was sitting on his computer. He did get up to help but they completed all the online orders before they began on my order.
The Penn Station on Pisgah Church is my favorite go to restaurant for a hot juicy sandwich. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They pay close attention to detail to make sure your meal is tasty and fresh. High recommended if you are looking for a great chick philly sub.
