Santa Fe Mexican Grill offers a mixed dining experience. While the food is generally praised as good, particularly the Spicy Steak Tacos, the service is reported to be questionable, with some instances of rudeness and issues with drink quality. However, the restaurant's appeal lies in its tasty cuisine, and many customers express a willingness to return despite the service concerns.
