The 2nd time I've come through the drive-thru and my chai tea latte is cold starting with the 3rd sip.... NOT GOOD..
Can't turnaround to go back... Feels like a waste.... Need you all to do better
I live within 3 minutes from this location and in the last 4 times the coffee lid came off. The 3 times it happened it was on a weekend and it was not that bad because i was able to quickly recover but this particular day, not only did the top fly off but the coofee was extrmely hoe and burned my right side, my breast and my thigh, it caused me severe pain and red marks all down my side, took the cup to my manufacturing manager and he said that was a defective lid and to keep...read full review
