Great customer service, quick in and out, the food always to the perfect temperature & shape, the ambiance is lovely. The place always clean. The staff are so friendly. Bella just made my day with her beautiful latte art.
Usually they are pretty good about having my drink on time. I do mobile orders. I don't like that when I'm going through drive through they claim they need to "check on my order before sending me around". Like, where else am I going to go I'm already in line. Secondly, I allow 15 minutes for them to make my order of one drink. And twice now they claim that I'm not allowing them enough time to make the order.
