A late night snack is what we wanted so bad yet it was a late night disappointment. Start to order and quickly fully loaded with straight rudeness a voice says No grill items, No food , we can do drinks that's it. You could literally hear the head bopping, finger snapping in her voice. It was apparently a bad day for that employee, but still haven't figured out how they weren't serving food!? Management I think needs to do some looking into what's going on.

I recently visited the Taco Bell located at 500 W Summit Ave in Charlotte, NC, and had a positive experience. The food was prepared well and met my expectations. Additionally, the service was efficient, and I encountered no issues during my visit.

So I went against all the negative comments and placed an order online because it's closest to my house in the country. Food was still warm and good after driving 15 minutes home. The drive-thru girl was very nice and had the food ready with a smile. Pleasantly surprised.
