My entire family loves Top Golf, however, we have NEVER had a good experience with servers. Every single time we go, it takes forever before a server appears. The wait for food and drinks is crazy. It's great entertainment but awful service. This has been our experience on slow days and busy days.
Food was very good and the golfing experience was very fun, especially for a small group. Music was very loud and it was difficult to have a conversation within the hitting bay. Service was good but difficult to find server if something was needed. Did not see any device in which the wait staff could be notified. I guess they are pushing use of ttheir app to order food/drinks, but we did not utilize the app.
I could not believe the level of service at this place. I'm not one to write reviews but I waited over a hour for food and a soda and never got it then asked a employee and they had no idea. You can tell the management is very bad and I counted and saw literally 10 employees standing ON THEIR PHONE. We rarely were approached. Topgolf Greensboro is a great place for a fun hangout or party with family and friends. The experience is amazing and the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The beautiful facility offers both indoor and outdoor fun. It is recommended for group activities, with four people to a bay being ideal. The golfing prices are alright, though the food and drinks, like chicken wings, cocktails, and lemonade, are a little pricey but tasty. The service is great, though the music can be way too loud. Overall, it is a blast for a fun time.
