Until they FIRE Nakia Bell . All the Wingstop stores in Greensboro will have the worst customer service, rude untrained employees, dirty unsanitary stores.
SHE is the problem. She is ghetto and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Just like she was horrible at Popeyes she is doing it to Wingstop stores.
Who allows employees to vape and smoke weed while preparing customers food?
Food concept is good , but when you have the wrong management running your company it means nothing.
Greensboro, NC, Wendover location: Rude employees and poor service. I'm not even talking about how long it takes them to make an order when I say poor service either, which by the way, is usually an hour after you've ordered it online because they dont answer the phone or take walk in orders.
So the Wendover location in Greensboro… HORRIBLE… I’ve been trying for 3 days to reach someone to get my refund for them NEVER DELIVERING MY ORDER … I ordered through their App… can’t get a resolution.. because they phone system is garbage !! I KNOW they have to have the WORST scores in the City !! Not only did my family not get their food .. we can’t even get a refund or a replacement or ANYTHING NOT EVEN A CALL BACK !!!
