No worries though, the BBQ is so good it’ll have you squealing with delight! Ha!
Pro tip: order the extra side of sauce. It’s like a one-way ticket to hog heaven, and trust me, you won’t want to miss that ride!

“I am a direct support worker with an individual on the spectrum and let me tell you, The Parker's on gville blvd deserves so much recognition. All the cashiers and employees are so incredibly patient with my client. He needs no help paying or even ordering despite his severe speech impediment/cognitive delays, because they ALL take the time. Today even with a line out of the door they all greeted him (he loves Parker's so they are familiar) and took the time to understand his order and even worked with him to ensure he got what he wanted with his budget. It is the ONLY place we go where I can just sit back and let him take the lead because they have so much patience and honestly just human decency!!“

“We drove by on Wednesday around 11:30am and the number of cars in the parking lot was a big surprise. Went inside and joined the line. The menu boards were a little confusing for first-time visitors and the atmosphere is no frills but as the bare necessities. After enjoying the fantastic food, the never ending line of customers and busy parking lot make perfect sense. It was so worth it! My bbq chicken was awesome. My husband devoured his fried catfish and said that the Lima beans were the best he’d ever had. It was so good that we are planning a return trip for tomorrow (Saturday). Don’t miss out! You won’t be sorry… or leave hungry.“

“Came in on a Wed, visiting my daughter at ECU. Food and service were wonderful. I had the French onion soup with a house salad. Your White Balsamic dressing is the best and the French onion never disappoints. Service was quick, efficient and very friendly. Always try to stop in when I'm in town 😁“

“I placed an order an order at 6:30pm for pickup. As I headed out to pickup the order, my car broke down on side of road and I was stranded in 25 degree weather for over an hour unable to get to restaurant until around 8pm to finally collect the order. I called restaurant after being directed at drive thru intercom to pull into one of the order pickup spots and spoke with Macy who said she would be able to bring my order out to me (I had not selected curbside upon checkout but she let me know that she would happily bring it out me). When she brought it out she shared that they had included a dessert in the bag due to the inconvenience. (When in all actuality, I’m the one who made the mistake by not choosing curbside) Macys kindness really did drastically improve my night. I thanked her profusely as well as even cried to her and shared that I had a really bad day with her in which she smiled and told me she hopes that it gets better. I work at another restaurant in Greenville, so I am well aware that good customer service is a hard thing to always achieve. However, at the end of what felt like hours of being stranded and upset with my circumstances, Macy showed me kindness and completely turned my night around. This was my first time visiting Mission and it won’t be my last!! You truly never know what people are going through at the moment and how much something so small can mean to them. Thank you Macy! ❤️“
