Bojangles can get busy, but it's worth the wait for fresh chicken and fries. The Cajun Filet Biscuit with cheese is a must-try, and the Sweet Tea is amazing! Some locations might have funny-tasting chicken from old oil, but the one on Arlington Ave serves very good chicken. However, the lobby cleanliness can be lacking, with dirty tables and a trash attendant not doing much. Orders might get mixed up, like missing tea or lemon, cold potatoes, or wrong biscuits. One employee stood out for being friendly and kind, despite the chaos.
