Chick-fil-A in Greenville

“The guy on the right was very rude. Did not acknowledge me at order pick up. Then after I asked about my order that was paid for & placed 27 minutes before (when I first arrived at the mall) he proceeded to tell one of his co workers in front of me “some people need to practice patience” like I wasn’t just asking about my food since I was the only person standing there waiting at this point. Literally watched people order and get their food before me so why wouldn’t I ask what’s going on?! The lady on the right was very nice & helpful after I told her what was going on so I won’t be an A-hole & give a 1 start review just because the guy sucks I will be fair because she was great!“

“I have had several bad experiences with this location. No high chairs inside, gotten orders wrong almost every time and tonight it took a little over 45 minutes to get food.

Update: 2024 this location is the worst chic fil a I've been to. Recently they seem to be doing better trying to get back to what it's supposed to be. Today's service was great.
When will they open the playground back up??“

“Very fast service. Food is delicious! A wider variety of choices for Pirate Meals would be nice. Staff works hard and quick to get all these orders out within good timing. They always get the orders right too, as busy as they are. Clean environment. It is very beneficial to students.“
