This location is always a mess. It’s the most disorganized and least customer friendly Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Did a mobile order for a Cobb salad. I went to pick it up and drove all the way back to work in lunch time traffic only to open my salad and have no chicken on it. I drove back over and spoke with a leader of some kind who barely apologized, had some chicken put on my salad and sent me on my way.
Waited over 15 minutes for an 8 count and a fruit cup on a mobile order today.
Every time we try this location it is a terrible experience. We will make the drive to Winterville from now on.
Great food and service but please stop decreasing the size of the brownies. You have cut them more than half the norm and the price remains the same.
